Why?

I am passionate about change, and about assisting people at all levels of an organisation to engage with change and play a role in organisational development. I believe that creative and workable solutions to workplace issues often come from unlikely stakeholders when an open, safe and curious environment is created. I enjoy facilitating such spaces and enjoy inspiring and motivating people to understand and align with strategic objectives.

I am flexible and ethical, especially as assignments unfold and new issues emerge. Difficult workplace issues challenge me positively as I enjoy working with leaders, individuals and groups to develop creative, innovative solutions and put concrete plans in place to achieve success - these are my rewards!
