I draw on my experience as a senior HR manager and consultant in large multi site organisations, in small business and in community based organizations where I managed significant and strategic workplace change projects in the areas of recruitment and selection, learning and development and performance management. I know and understand government processes and the importance of authentic consultation and strategically aligned outcomes. I work to exploring the richness of possibilities and facilitate the process of bringing ideas to reality.
