- Review and development of attraction, selection, recruitment and retention strategies - implementation of a radical approach to high volume recruitment
- Led the development and implementation of a senior leadership development program, including 360 degree feedback and a coaching program
- Led the development and implementation of an organisation wide staff development program with a significant budget, including a mentoring and induction programs
- Reviewed, developed and implemented a radical approach to performance planning and management
- Led the development of a workforce planning framework
- Led the development of a capability framework
- Managed significant restructures of up to 55 people, including a nation-wide restructure
- Managed tender processes and significant contracts
- Managed consultation, review and development of a number of HR policies
- Played a lead role in the development of an executive-endorsed five year HR strategy
- As an internal HR consultant, managed a diverse range of assignments around organization, leadership and staff development, including change triggered by the outcomes of employee opinion surveys
